My motivation
All my life I was always a little on the “pudgy” side and then after high school I blew up. I tried so many diets and so many “tricks” to make myself lose weight. I couldn’t do it. I even tried that horrible “cabbage soup” diet where all you eat is that disgusting soup for days. No matter how hard I tried I always had a setback. Most of the time I would get depressed and just hang out in the house and eat. I have a horrible sweet tooth! That doesn’t help at all!
I found this website that takes your picture and shows you how you would look thin. I taped these photos to my mirror in my bathroom so it was the first thing I saw in the morning. And then every time I would want to stray off my diet I would think of that picture. It really helped having that mental image. I didn’t realize how much it would! There are a few websites that do this but the one I used is called thinphoto.com. It’s great!
